The Gender and Development (GAD) Program of JRMSU Tampilisan Campus is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable community. By mainstreaming gender perspectives across instruction, research, extension, production, publication, and administrative services, GAD promotes gender equality, empowerment, and social justice.

It works in close coordination with university sectors and external stakeholders to implement policies that uphold human rights and promote equal opportunities.
