National Women’s Month Celebration 2025

In a strong show of support for gender equality and women’s empowerment, the faculty and staff of Jose Rizal Memorial State University – Tampilisan Campus dress in purple attire every Wednesday throughout March.

This initiative aligns with the 2025 National Women’s Month Celebration, themed “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas.”

This year’s theme highlights the crucial role of women in shaping a progressive and inclusive society, where equal opportunities empower all individuals to contribute to the nation’s development.

By wearing purple—an international symbol of justice and dignity—the JRMSU-Tampilisan community reaffirms its commitment to advocating for women’s rights and amplifying their voices across all sectors.

The month-long celebration also serves as a platform to recognize the invaluable contributions of women in building a new and empowered Philippines, reinforcing the university’s dedication to fostering an environment of inclusivity and respect for all.
